In addition to covering Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath, this itinerary allows additional time for rest and exploration at important Himalayan destinations.
The journey begins in Haridwar, one of India's holiest cities, before travelling to Yamunotri and Gangotri. Continue through the beautiful Garhwal Himalayas towards Kedarnath and Badrinath.
With additional overnight stays around the route, this itinerary reduces the pressure of long continuous journeys and provides more time to appreciate the natural beauty, temples, rivers and mountain villages of Uttarakhand. The journey concludes in Rishikesh, where you can experience the spiritual atmosphere of the Ganges before returning to Haridwar.

Haridwar – Barkot
After breakfast, depart from Haridwar for Barkot. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Himalayan foothills. On arrival in Barkot, check in to your hotel and relax. Spend the evening preparing for the Yamunotri pilgrimage.

Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Early morning, proceed towards Janki Chatti. Begin the journey towards Yamunotri using the designated trekking route and available permitted services. Visit Yamunotri Temple and offer prayers. After darshan, return to Janki Chatti and proceed back to Barkot.

DAY3
Barkot – Uttarkashi
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Uttarkashi. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Himalayan mountains. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Later, visit Vishwanath Temple and explore the local spiritual surroundings.

DAY4
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
After breakfast, proceed towards Gangotri. Enjoy the beautiful drive along the Bhagirathi River and through the Himalayan valleys. Visit Gangotri Temple and spend some peaceful time near the sacred river. Later, return to Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi – Guptkashi
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Guptkashi. Enjoy the changing mountain landscapes, forests and river valleys along the route. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.

Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath
Early morning, proceed towards Sonprayag. Continue the journey towards Kedarnath using the available permitted travel arrangements. The route involves high-altitude trekking. Pony, palanquin and helicopter services may be available depending on official arrangements, weather and operational conditions. On arrival in Kedarnath, check in and rest. Later, visit Kedarnath Temple for darshan.

Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi
After morning darshan, begin the return journey from Kedarnath. Proceed towards Sonprayag using the permitted arrangements and continue to Guptkashi. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.

Guptkashi – Chopta – Pipalkoti
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Pipalkoti via the scenic route through Chopta. Chopta is known for its lush meadows, forests and spectacular Himalayan scenery. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and take photographs before continuing towards Pipalkoti. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.

Pipalkoti – Joshimath – Badrinath
After breakfast, proceed towards Badrinath. En route, pass through Joshimath and enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery. On arrival in Badrinath, check in to your hotel. Later, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan and spend some peaceful time around the temple area.

Badrinath – Mana Village – Joshimath
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Mana Village. Explore Vyas Cave, Ganesh Cave and Bhim Pul, subject to local access and weather conditions. Later, return towards Joshimath. Check in to your hotel and relax.

Joshimath – Rudraprayag – Rishikesh
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Rishikesh.
Enjoy the beautiful Himalayan valleys and scenic mountain roads along the route. On arrival in Rishikesh, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit Triveni Ghat and experience the peaceful atmosphere beside the River Ganges.

Rishikesh Local Sightseeing – Haridwar
After breakfast, explore Rishikesh. Visit Ram Jhula and the surrounding riverside areas. Explore local temples, ashrams and markets. Later, proceed towards Haridwar. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit Har Ki Pauri and, if timing permits, experience the famous Ganga Aarti.
